Our 2018 cohort begins on Tuesday, January 16, and we have room for 5 additional full-time interns (w/ paid stipends) and several openings for part-time interns (unpaid w/ options for incubator land + in year 2).
Grow the Growers is a comprehensive, multi-year farm training and business acceleration program designed to attract new and emerging farmers into professional food production. Bernalillo County and its program partners are committed to strengthening the local food economy by nurturing the next generation of food entrepreneurs by providing the following support:
• Educational workshops
• In-field and on-farm training
• Stipends for full-time participants
• Access to affordable land and water
• Small business mentoring
